665 Kraftformer Machine Shrinking Angle Steel Stretching Aluminum Sheet

Applications:

This heterotype surface quick forming machine features advanced technology and

reliable performance and is an ideal forming equipment for sheet metal. It is widely

used in various industries of manufacturing of aircraft, automobiles, electrical equipment

and also ship building and light industries. By using this machine traditional working

mode of sheet smith is changed, as the workmen' s labor intensity and demand on the

skills are reduced, thereby greatly improve the productivity.
The machine body is a one-piece cast structure, has adequate strength and rigidity,

features a compact structure and an elegant outward look. The main transmission is

hinged four-linking lever structure, capable or micro in-feed so as to gradually increase

the deformation of the sheet material as it is being formed in shape. By changing dies

the machine will form work pieces into different shapes. When operating the machine

be sure to use the correct dies in accordance with the shape of the work pieces.

Electrical system:

for power source this machine uses three phase AC 380 V 50 Hz power supply. Circuit

of main motor and in-feeding motor is supplied by 24 V AC, which is from transformer TC1

380 V/24V. the total consumption power of this machine is 4.5KW. All main components of

the machine are properly grounded.

The main motor and in-feeding motor are fuse- protected. Power cut off switch is located

on the rightside of the electrical cabinet. Turning it anti clockwise will be cutting off power,

doing the other way round will be switching on power. Control circuit are fuse protected

against short circuit.

Transmission mechanism:

For structure of the transmission mechanism .It is made up of big pulley wheel (fly wheel),

link lever and rocker lever, all of which form up a crank/rocker mechanism. The big pulley’s

swivel center has an eccentric linkage to the link lever’s hinge center, producing a crank.

The fixed hinge of the rocker lever is movable in an up and down to suit the plunger’s in

feeding movement. At the top end of the rocker lever are fitted with two steel balls, one up

and one down. The rocker lever drives the plunger in its up/down motion through these balls.

The rocker lever speed of swinging is adjustable in a step-less pattern, with max speed

at 600 times/min
